We're hiring Team Coordinators with stringer/reporter experience for a 6-month role in Goa.

? Location: Goa

⏳ Duration: 6 Months

? Experience: 3–4 Years

? Openings: 2

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage ground/field teams, including stringer reporters
- Plan daily assignments and ensure timely coverage/reporting
- Liaise between field reporters and the central content/research team
- Track deliverables, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure quality output
- Maintain reporting logs and update management regularly

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of experience in reporting/field coordination, preferably with stringer network experience
- Robust organizational and people-management skills
- Good communication skills (English and Konkani preferred)
- Willingness to travel within Goa as required
