TDS & Accounts Executive

Salary: 25,000/- To 40,000/- Per Month

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented TDS & Accounts Executive to join our Accounts and TDS Department. The candidate will handle bookkeeping, TDS compliances, account finalisation, reconciliations, payroll and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns
- TDS computation, payment and compliance checking
- Downloading and issuing TDS certificates
- TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS and books of accounts
- Handling TDS notices, defaults and correction statements
- Bookkeeping and accounting in Tally
- Passing purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries
- Bank, ledger and party reconciliations
- Preparation and review of trial balance
- Finalisation of accounts
- Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
- Preparation of MIS and management reports
- Assisting in budgeting and cost-control reporting
- PAN application and correction-related work




- Client follow-up for data, documents and clarifications
- Maintaining proper working papers and compliance records

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting and TDS experience
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel
- Practical knowledge of TDS provisions and return filing
- Experience in account finalisation and reconciliations
- Knowledge of TRACES and the Income Tax Portal
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Experience in a Chartered Accountant firm will be preferred
