Education

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) (B. Tech preferred)

- Automation Anywhere Accredited Solution Designer (preferred)

Job Role In this role, you will design, develop and provide support Automations on Automation Anywhere Platform. As part of this dynamic role, you will work closely with business units and other IT teams at customer side to deliver world class automations with leading edge technology to enable digital capabilities for customer.

Skills

- 15+ years in designing and developing and support applications with minimum of 10 years on Robotics Process Automation using Automation Anywhere
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working across functions

Responsibilities
- Work together with team of AA developers to write the code required to implement the functionality of the applications
- Collaborating with Business Analysts to identify value added automation.
- Coordinate with QA team to ensure the best possible performance and quality of applications.




- Ensure Production Readiness: Collaborate with Technology teams to create robust designs for performance and on production readiness including user acceptance testing, understanding of operational risks and mitigations and address concerns and challenges.
- Reviewing and ensuring high-quality solution design documentation that adheres to the Automation Anywhere delivery methodology in accordance with Customer AA framework standards, Automation Anywhere design principles, conventions and best practices.
- Meticulously analyzing Process Definition Documents to reengineer the process dropping redundant steps still capturing all the business process steps in solution designs and consider accompanying factors such as sustainability, recoverability, scalability, resilience and case management to ensure solution designs meet all requirements.
- Working and communicating with various departments of the business to define detailed and exact requirements required for solution design.
- Considering additional factors such as license utilization, local data preservation and security policies when designing Automation Anywhere automation solutions.
- Presenting and explaining solution design decisions and justifications in design walkthrough sessions with customer stakeholders, developers and IT representatives.
- From part of a Design Authority to take responsibility for maintaining the development integrity of the Automation Anywhere solution and constituent processes and objects.
- Provide architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company’s delivery teams.
- Engage in peer review sessions for the review of new solution designs and provide feedback and recommendations to address any gaps found in artefact review.
- Supporting the development team during testing and rollout phases.
