Role Description These are twonseparate positions - one for Tax Manager and one for Treasury Manager - both full time, on-site roles based in Mumbai.

The Tax role involves managing globally direct and indirect tax compliance, overseeing tax returns and documentation, and ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.



The Tax professional will support tax planning initiatives, monitor changes in tax regulations, and assist in optimizing the company’s tax position. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal finance teams and external consultants, maintaining accurate tax records, preparing reports for management, and supporting audits or assessments.

The Treasury role includes global treasury-related activities such as cash flow monitoring, banking liaison, and supporting financial planning relevant to banking obligations.
