Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of open positions with high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from business/functional stakeholders.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other channels

.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, compensation, and role fit.

- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.

- Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate and stakeholder follow-ups

.

- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Drive offer negotiation, closure, documentation, and joining formalities

.

- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports.

- Track recruitment metrics including open positions, pipeline,



interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and TAT

.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand market availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.

- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile

- Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Solid follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously

.

- Good analytical skills with proficiency in

MS Excel/Google Sheets

.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
