- Manage talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.

- Analyze metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (IT Services & Consulting).

- Robust communication skills with ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Proven coordination skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
