Role Description The Talent Acquisition Trainee will support end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements, source talent, and coordinate the selection process. On a day-to-day basis, this role will assist with posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.

The trainee will help build a positive candidate experience by managing communications,



supporting employer branding initiatives, and leveraging HummingBird’s AI tools for candidate matching and analysis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and participation in recruitment events or campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Interest in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with a focus on fair, structured, and consistent candidate evaluation.
- Awareness of Employer Branding principles and willingness to contribute to a robust, inclusive talent brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining candidate data and tracking processes.
- Comfort working with HR technologies, ATS platforms, and AI-driven recruiting tools; proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; internship or academic exposure to HR or recruitment is an advantage.
