Skills Required

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive and manufacturing positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment data and prepare hiring reports and metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.




- 3-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring for Automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, or manufacturing organizations.
- Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing job roles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
