Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

- Handleend-to-end recruitmentfor doctors, pathologists, radiology, nurses, and allied healthcare staff.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical and clinical interviews.

- Partner with external recruitment agencies when required.

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights.

Preferred candidate profile
