About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with strong hiring experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment and understand the talent requirements of real estate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Handle Real Estate hiring across sales and other business functions.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and regularly track hiring progress.
- Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior Real Estate recruitment experience is mandatory.




- Experience in hiring Real Estate Sales profiles will be highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
