About the Role

Maxima Solution is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in manufacturing recruitment. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate office and manufacturing plant positions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent while building a robust employer brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant positions across multiple functions.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical and functional interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate salary negotiations.
- Prepare and release offer letters and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.

Recruitment Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with department heads to understand current and future manpower requirements.
- Ensure closure of vacancies within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and dashboards to management.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment MIS,



candidate database, interview tracker, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and maintained.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for onboarding and induction.
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, and external hiring partners.
- Participate in campus recruitment and job fairs whenever required.

Employer Branding
- Enhance employer branding through professional job postings and candidate engagement.
- Promote employee referral initiatives.
- Support HR branding activities across digital platforms.

Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment effectiveness.
- Support implementation of HRMS/ATS recruitment modules.

Desired Candidate ProfileExperience
- 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Mandatory experience in manufacturing industry recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Plant, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D;, Sales, Finance, HR, and Corporate functions.
- Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously.

Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR).
- Graduation in any discipline.

Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRMS/ATS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and MIS reporting.

Preferred Industry Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG, Cosmetics, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Industrial Products, or Process Industry.

Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹42,090.97 per month
