RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING MANAGER

Matrusri Education Society is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, preboarding and onboarding of faculty and staff across MVSR Engineering College and Matrusri Engineering College (MEC).

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty and staff, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, salary negotiation and offers, in coordination with campus leadership and HoDs of MVSR and MEC.
2. Manage candidate preboarding after offer acceptance, including regular candidate engagement, BGV initiation, document collection and follow-up to ensure smooth joining and reduce offer dropouts.
3. Manage digital onboarding through Keka HRMS, including employee profile creation, document verification, onboarding workflows and Day 1 orientation.
4. Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records,



track key metrics such as Time-to-Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory requirements.
5. Experience: 48 years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations or HR Onboarding. Higher Education experience preferred.
6. HRMS: Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS, particularly Hire and Onboarding modules.
7. Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, candidate engagement, stakeholder management and BGV coordination skills.
8. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
