Position Overview

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with strong experience in client handling, account management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through various channels. • Coordinate interviews and drive offer management and onboarding. • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.

Client Handling & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for client recruitment requirements. • Understand client expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities. • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide recruitment status updates.



• Ensure excellent client satisfaction through effective communication.

Account Management
- Manage assigned client accounts and build long-term relationships. • Plan hiring strategies and ensure timely closure of positions. • Monitor account performance, hiring metrics, and delivery commitments. • Identify opportunities for account growth and business development support.

Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment. • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in account management and client coordination. • Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.

SAR India Digital – SAP GOLD PARTNER
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience working with domestic or international IT clients is an advantage.
