Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in hospital and healthcare recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical, nursing, paramedical, administrative, and support staff positions. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of mandatory recruitment experience in the hospital sector and must be able to communicate effectively in Kannada.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital requirements.

- Source and recruit Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, Technicians, Pharmacists, Front Office, Administration, Billing, HR and other hospital staff.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, recruitment drives, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate technical and departmental interview rounds.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer rollouts.




- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future requirements.
- Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment drives when required.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined hiring timelines.

Mandatory Requirements

* 4–5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.

- Hospital sector recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of healthcare and hospital job roles.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-management skills.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and high-volume recruitment requirements.

Preferred Qualification

MBA / PGDM in HR, Human Resources Management, or any relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification.
