Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify top talent. This role will also involve working on employer branding strategies,



maintaining robust relationships with hiring managers, and driving an exceptional candidate experience. The individual will contribute to fostering a culture of excellence while supporting the organisation's talent needs.

Qualifications

- Must have 5+ years of IT hiring experience and be available to start in 15 days.
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting processes
- Familiarity with Interviewing and assessment techniques
- Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies and implementation
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HR tools, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry, is a plus
