Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Technology Hiring Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Consulting, and Corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in executive search, headhunting, market mapping, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify and attract high-caliber talent while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver critical hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche hiring mandates across Product, Technology, Delivery, Sales, Consulting, and Business functions.
- Execute targeted headhunting, competitor mapping, and talent intelligence initiatives to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and define effective talent acquisition strategies.




- Build and maintain strong leadership talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate leadership competencies, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Drive offer management, candidate closure, and onboarding coordination for leadership hires.
- Track hiring metrics, recruitment dashboards, and pipeline reports using ATS and Excel-based analytics.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthen Intellect's visibility within leadership talent networks.

What You Bring

- 6–10 years of recruitment experience
- Solid experience hiring for Product, Technology, Engineering, Sales, Consulting, or BFSI leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in headhunting, market mapping, and direct sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and CXO-level candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, recruitment dashboards, ATS platforms, and hiring analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, execution rigor, and candidate-centric approach.

Preferred Background

- Experience in BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, Product Engineering, or Enterprise Technology organizations.
- Exposure to hiring VP, Director, Senior Manager, and niche technology leadership roles.
- Familiarity with executive search methodologies and leadership assessment frameworks.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- MBA / PGDM will be an added advantage.
