Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across construction, civil/structural engineering, MEP, interior design, and architecture functions.

- Partner with business/hiring leaders to understand role requirements, project timelines, and team structures across site and design functions.

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), Boolean search, industry networks, referrals, and direct headhunting for niche/leadership roles.

- Screen resumes and conduct first-level interviews to assess technical fit, project exposure, and cultural alignment.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring/critical roles (Project Managers, Site Engineers, Billing Engineers, Interior Designers, Architects, MEP Engineers, etc.).

- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation with candidates and stakeholders.

- Track recruitment metrics TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness — and report regularly to leadership.

- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within construction/engineering/design segments.





- Manage vendor/agency relationships where external sourcing support is required.

- Ensure a robust candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact to onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

- Recruitment experience, with a demonstrated track record of hiring for construction, civil engineering, MEP, interior design, or architecture roles.

- Strong understanding of construction/design industry role hierarchies, terminology (BOQ, site execution, RA billing, design coordination, etc.), and talent market.

- Proficiency in sourcing tools — Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other job boards.

- Experience hiring across levels — from site engineers/junior designers to senior project managers/design leads.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with technical hiring managers.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong negotiation skills for offer closures, especially for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
