Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Optional Practical Training (OPT) Recruiter based in Khairatabad. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical positions.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will develop and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks to identify and engage OPT candidates and other early-career talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, managing applicant tracking systems,



conducting initial candidate assessments, organizing interview schedules, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also includes supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating offers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to evaluate candidate fit and support selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, helping to promote Sumas Corporation Inc. as an employer of choice to OPT and other talent pools.
- Relevant experience in campus recruiting, OPT recruiting, or early-career talent programs is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard HR/recruitment tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
