We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with 4-6 years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition, particularly focused on sourcing for Salesforce positions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at meeting tight deadlines, and possess a proven track record of creative sourcing strategies and exceptional candidate engagement skills.

Role & Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition :

● Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to proactively source and attract top talent for salesforce – related positions.

● Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals within specified timelines.

● Conduct through candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.

Candidate Engagement and Experience:

● Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely communication and providing support as needed.

● Implement strategies to maintain ongoing engagement with candidates, keeping them informed and interested in potential opportunities within the organization.

● Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values, mission, and culture to prospective candidates.

Relationship Management:

● Utilize recruitment tracking systems and databases to maintain accurate and up- to-date candidate records and pipeline information.

● Generate regular reports and metrics to monitor recruitment activities,



track progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous improvement:

● Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in talent acquisition in talent acquisition and salesforce recruitment.

● Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and candidate experience enhancements.

Qualification:

● Bachelor's degree in human resource, business Administration, or a related field.

● 5-6 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Salesforce positions.

● Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and timelines in a quick – paced environment.

● Strong knowledge of salesforce platforms and technologies, with the ability to assess candidate skills and experience effectively.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders.

● Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing strategies, with a results – driven mindset.

● Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking system and sourcing platforms.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
