Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Bulk Hiring

Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Salary: Negotiable

Work Requirement: Candidate must have a Laptop

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple clients.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage and build relationships with recruitment vendors.
- Ensure timely closures as per hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Bulk Hiring is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Vendor Management.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must own a Laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Minimum 12th Pass.
