NoBroker.com is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive / Associate to join our Bengaluru team.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 1+ years

Work Mode: On-site

Key Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Prior hiring experience in Real Estate, EdTech, or similar industries
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri sourcing and database search
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong candidate screening and interview skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver hiring targets within timelines

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive and skilled candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and hiring reports
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment process improvements
