As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist who can help us build the team, systems, and people processes required for the next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both hiring and building foundational HR systems.

Talent Acquisition

- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Customer Experience, and Leadership roles.
- Create sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to improve hiring quality and speed.

People Operations & HR Systems

- Design and maintain role structures, designation hierarchies, and career progression frameworks.
- Develop compensation benchmarking and salary band structures across departments.
- Help establish HR policies, onboarding processes, performance review systems, and employee documentation.
- Build and improve HR SOPs, workflows,



and people-related processes as the company scales.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and compliance-related documentation.

Organizational Development

- Support workforce planning and organizational design.
- Help define role scorecards, competency frameworks, and performance expectations.
- Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and retention programs.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or People Operations roles.
- Prior experience working with consumer brands, D2C companies, FMCG, retail, food, or high-growth startups preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.
- Experience creating salary structures, designation frameworks, or HR systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who enjoys building things from scratch rather than operating within rigid corporate structures.
