Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with multiple recruitment agencies and search firms.
- Drive vendor empanelment, onboarding, and contract coordination.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, quality of hire, and turnaround time.
- Allocate hiring mandates across recruitment partners.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms with recruitment vendors.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and vendor performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
Preferred Experience
- 8 to 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment agencies.
- Experience with vendor empanelment and vendor governance.
- Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and locations.
