- Source, headhunt sales profiles for Agency, Health Agency, Bancassurance channel at all levels.
- Conduct Salary Negotiation with selected candidates
- Onboarding and joining follow up
- Maintain database i.e. recruitment trackers, candidate trackers

Post Graduate with robust command over excel and focused on achieving hiring targets
