Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, consumer, or startup brands to lead and scale our hiring function.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across creative, marketing, sales, growth, operations, and leadership roles.
- Partner with founders and business leaders to understand hiring needs and close positions efficiently.
- Drive employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
- Manage recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, offers, and candidate experience.
- Build a strong understanding of the D2C and consumer brand talent ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong network across creative, marketing, growth, e-commerce, and business functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong ownership, hustle, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
