About the Role

AcdyOn is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of hiring across our non-technical functions. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who can move quickly, build strong candidate pipelines, and consistently identify high-potential people across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, HR and other business functions .

You will work closely with the leadership and functional teams to understand hiring requirements, source candidates, manage the recruitment funnel and ensure positions are closed with the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions, particularly Sales, Operations and Marketing .
- Understand role requirements and convert them into effective JDs and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Unstop, Internshala, college placement cells, referrals, communities and other relevant channels.
- Build and continuously maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct first-round interviews focused on communication, attitude, capability and role fit.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews and subsequent selection rounds with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete candidate journey from application to joining.




- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure no strong candidate is lost due to delayed follow-ups.
- Develop relationships with colleges, placement teams and external recruitment channels.
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce hiring time.
- Track recruitment metrics including applications, qualified candidates, interviews, offers, joining ratio and hiring turnaround time.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Build talent pools for recurring requirements so that hiring does not have to restart from zero for every vacancy.

Primary Hiring Areas The role will primarily focus on: Sales & Business Development

Academic Counselors, Sales Executives, Team Leaders, Sales Managers, Business Development roles

Operations

Operations Executives, Student Success, Academic Operations and coordination roles

Marketing

Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing and related roles

Additional hiring may include HR, Customer Success, Administration and other non-technical business functions.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.




- Strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates beyond their CV.
- Comfortable conducting high-volume recruitment when required.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring targets.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience hiring for sales roles will be a strong advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Unstop, Internshala and other recruitment platforms is preferred.
