Role Description
Position: Sales Executive
Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad – 1
Experience: 1–2 years
Qualification: Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering
Key Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in exterior architectural products, building materials, façade, or related industries.
Good understanding of the building and construction industry, with exposure to façade consultants, architects, builders, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.




Robust interest in solution-based selling and the ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to learn about VMZINC products, façade systems, applications, and technical solutions.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings, project visits, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, façade consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Generate new business opportunities and develop the sales pipeline in the assigned territory.
Promote VMZINC products and solutions for architectural and façade applications.
