About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage tendering and business development activities. The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing bids, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tender opportunities and prepare technical/commercial bids.
Manage end-to-end e-tendering, e-bidding, reverse auctions, and live bidding.
Prepare and submit tender documents as per NIT requirements and deadlines.




Coordinate with internal teams for required documents, approvals, EMD, and tender fees.
Track bid status, maintain tender records, MIS, and comparison sheets.
Handle vendor registrations on government and private portals.
Attend pre-bid/post-bid meetings and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely submission of bids.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, especially MIS and data handling.
Strong communication, drafting, documentation, and coordination skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Interest in tendering, bidding, and business development processes.
