We are transforming our Workplace organization from a technical, project-driven model to a product-driven, business-oriented model.
As a Workplace Product Manager, you will own one of our core Workplace products end-to-end, from vision to adoption, and play a key role in delivering high-value services to over 100,000 users across 40+ countries.
This is a unique opportunity to move from a technical or project role into a strategic, visible, and impactful position at the heart of Digital Workplace transformation.

Your mission
Own and develop a Workplace product and its service offerings
Define a clear product vision aligned with business needs
Structure use cases and build a service catalog that is straightforward and consumable
Prioritize and manage a product backlog based on business value
Drive service adoption across regions and entities
Continuously improve the product based on feedback and usage
What you will work on
Designing solutions that address real user needs (office, frontline, mobile…)
Interacting with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
Collaborating with Security, Network, Identity and external partners
Contributing to hardware strategy and vendor discussions
Driving global services while enabling regional adoption (glocal model)
