About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with 3+ years of
strong experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, and business development. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in identifying the right prospects on LinkedIn, engaging
decision-makers through personalized outreach, generating qualified leads, and converting
conversations into business meetings and sales opportunities. Experience in US market outreach and dealing with US-based prospects will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns focused on the US market.
Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Generate qualified leads and book business meetings through LinkedIn outreach.
Use Apollo.io and other sales intelligence tools for prospecting and lead enrichment.




Research prospects, companies, industries, and decision-makers to create personalized outreach.
Manage systematic follow-ups to maximize response and meeting-booking rates.
Maintain accurate prospect databases and outreach records.
Track key KPIs including connections, response rates, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
Continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified meeting handover.
