Role Description This is a full time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Noida, focused on solar projects. The Quality Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans, procedures, and inspection test plans for solar installations.



Responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works; verifying compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards; and documenting non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure consistent quality practices, managing quality documentation, and preparing periodic quality reports and dashboards. The Quality Engineer will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, support audits, and provide technical guidance to site teams on quality-related issues.

Qualifications
