Job Description:

Identify and approach potential clients through research, networking, and outreach, social platforms to generate leads.
Develop and maintain an organized database of potential clients, track progress, and ensure efficient follow-up while coordinating seamless communication between brands and the organization
Lead calls, network with company owners and founders to establish strategic partnerships, and foster business growth while building and nurturing long-lasting relationships to ensure successful conversions.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities for expansion.
Stay updated on industry dynamics to identify potential partnerships,



initiate discussions, negotiate terms, and manage the entire process through to successful closure.
Prepare and present daily progress reports, track client interactions, and revenue forecasts, ensuring alignment with monthly targets and KPIs to drive achievement.
Lead and manage the business development team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
Provide feedback on team members' work, help identify areas for improvement, and ensure they work to their best capacity.
