Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Sadar. The Business Development Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, present suitable real estate options, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into successful transactions. The role involves conducting client meetings and site visits,



coordinating with internal teams on loan and documentation processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or other systems. The executive will build and sustain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. The position requires proactive market research, competitor analysis, and regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship and communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and active listening.
Sales and business development capabilities, with experience in lead generation, conversion, and pipeline management.
Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Delhi/NCR, and ability to understand property-related processes, loans, and documentation.
