About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented International Business Development Manager to develop current business opportunities across international markets, primarily the USA, UK and Europe.

This is a complete business development and client acquisition role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential international clients, generating leads independently, understanding project requirements, pitching suitable solutions, negotiating with clients, closing projects and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Our business is open to projects across multiple segments, including IT/software, mobile and web applications, digital marketing, accounting, customer support, BPO/back-office services and other professional services.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and research potential B2B clients in the USA, UK and European markets.
- Independently generate leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, email campaigns, cold calling, business directories, marketplaces and other channels.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Operations Heads, Procurement Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions/services.
- Conduct online meetings, presentations and discovery calls with international clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, timelines and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess project feasibility, costing, manpower and delivery requirements.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects
