Role Description The House Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The House Manager will oversee daily operations of the premises, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of all household and front-of-house activities. This role includes supervising support staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining standards of service and hospitality for residents, guests, or clients.



The House Manager will handle vendor coordination, inventory of household supplies, and basic administrative tasks related to the property. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with meal planning and preparation, managing special events or gatherings, and promptly addressing any maintenance or service issues. We are looking for a confident, responsible, and well-spoken House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Founder’s residence.

Key Responsiblities:
Manage the daily activities and overall functioning of the house.
Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeeping and other support staff.
Ensure household tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Coordinate staff schedules, duties, and daily requirements.
Maintain explicit communication with the Founder and household staff.
Handle day-to-day household requirements and resolve operational issues promptly.
