Job Title: Manager-Corporate Finance (full-time; WFO-5 days)

Job Purpose:-
DreamFolks is looking for a high-impact strategic finance qualified to drive FP&A;, investor relations, business analytics, and strategic finance initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with the leadership team to shape short- and long-term financial strategy, improve decision-making through data-driven insights, and support organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, valuation principles, and ability to connect financial performance to valuations and equity story development.
Build and implement annual operating plans, budgeting frameworks, and forecasting models.
Prepare automated and insight-driven monthly finance dashboards and management review packs highlighting business performance, profitability drivers, operational KPIs, and actionable recommendations.




Coordinate across departments to establish systems for tracking and reporting key business metrics.
Drive predictive analysis, external benchmarking, ratio analysis, and advanced analytics for strategic decision-making.
Work closely with the accounts team to track business performance against projections and budgets.
Own monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reporting with a focus on automation, decision support, and actionable insights.
Analyse trends in operating expenses and publish dashboards for various stakeholders.
Track market trends, peer performance, institutional investor expectations, and valuation benchmarks.
Build detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, synergy assessments, and investment theses for potential transactions.
Coordinate and support financial, commercial, operational, and strategic due diligence processes.
Support transaction structuring, deal negotiations, and preparation of investment committee and board materials.
