Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized training in Ophthalmology.
Experience in Optometry-related assessments, including refraction and prescribing corrective lenses.
Competence in performing ophthalmic procedures, including Laser treatments and minor Surgery, as permitted by local regulations.
Valid medical degree (MBBS) and recognized postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology; relevant licenses and registrations required for practice in India.
Proven clinical experience in diagnosing and managing common eye conditions such as refractive errors, dry eye, conjunctivitis, and glaucoma.
Solid communication skills and a patient-centered approach, with the ability to explain conditions and treatment plans clearly.
Ability to work on-site in Nanded, maintain high ethical standards, and adhere to confidentiality and medical compliance requirements.
Experience in occupational eye health or working with digital-focused teams is an advantage.
