We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with expertise in recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including Network Engineers, IT Support Engineers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, Python Developers, DevOps Engineers, SAP Consultants, Oracle Professionals, and QA Testing Specialists.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and possess strong capabilities in evaluating technical talent through structured screening methodologies, technical assessments, and close collaboration with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Handle contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT staffing requirements for US-based clients.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting client expectations and recruitment KPIs.
Technical Skill Assessment
Conduct structured technical screenings using competency-based questionnaires,



evaluation scorecards, and role-specific assessment frameworks.
Coordinate coding assessments, technical evaluations, GitHub reviews, and live problem-solving sessions where applicable.
Partner with hiring managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to define role-specific competencies and evaluation criteria.
Validate candidates' technical expertise by assessing project experience, architecture involvement, troubleshooting capabilities, testing methodologies, and deployment practices.
Differentiate genuine technical expertise from keyword-driven resumes through in-depth discussions and technical validation techniques.
Talent Sourcing
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking communities, and advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technolog
