Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and product positions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified talent, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding coordination.
Recruit for diverse technical, engineering, IT, and product roles.




Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
Conduct candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Manage the offer process, including salary discussions, negotiations, and offer follow-ups.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to stakehol
