Role Description The Jewellery Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, responsible for guiding customers through the jewellery selection and purchasing process. Day-to-day activities include welcoming customers, understanding their preferences and requirements, presenting suitable jewellery pieces, explaining product features such as materials, craftsmanship, and certifications, and supporting customers in making confident purchase decisions.



The role involves handling sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing. The Jewellery Consultant will also assist with inventory counts, coordinate with colleagues to meet sales goals, and follow store policies and security procedures. This position may require working on weekends and holidays according to retail schedules.
Qualifications
