About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition providing an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
Post job openings on the company's career page, job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
Support onboarding activities, including documentation, induction,



and orientation of new employees.
Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR documentation.

Requirements

Postgraduate degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, or resume databases will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
