About This Prospect
We are looking for a PS Core Optimization Engineer to join our Packet Core Performance team in Noida, India. In this role, you will be the technical backbone supporting PS Core network performance for our customers. You'll combine deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery to ensure optimal network performance, seamless acceptance testing, and exceptional customer coordination. This position requires a proactive mindset, readiness for 24/7 support, and proven expertise in packet core technologies, 5GSA, IMS/VoLTE, and leading vendor architectures. What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive PS Core performance support and technical guidance to customers
Design, analyze, and optimize packet core network performance across 5GSA, EPC, VoLTE, and VoWiFi solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance degradation and data complaint spikes in real-time
Conduct detailed analysis of packet core performance KPIs (ASR, PDP, VoLTE PSR, CSFB, SRVCC, TAU, Service Req SR, Bearer SR, RAU, X2O, Gx, Gy) and develop improvement plans
Analyze capacity KPIs (SAU, License, Throughput, CPU) and recommend optimization strategies
Execute acceptance testing and customer coordination activities with full technical documentation and training support
Prepare and present comprehensive technical analyses and performance reports to customers
Participate in troubleshooting initiatives during network performance challenges
Leverage network tools and trace analysis to identify root causes and performance bottlenecks
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort
The Skills You Bring
3-7 years of relevant experience in packet core network performance and support
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Hands-on, working-level expertise with vendor-specific packet
