The Opportunity
We are looking for Accounts Payable (AP) Executive to join our Finance team.Accounts Payable (AP) Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of supplier invoices and employee expense claims. The role supports the organization's financial operations by maintaining strong controls over invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and supplier master data while ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities





The main areas of responsibility include:
Receive supplier invoices through designated AP mailboxes and electronic platforms.
Review invoices for completeness and compliance with company requirements.
Load, code, and record invoices in the accounting system
Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
Reconcile vendor balances and investigate outstanding items.
Ensure timely resolution of aged payables and unmatched invoices.
Perform 3-way matching of:
Purchase Order (PO)
Goods/Service Receipt
Supplier Invoics

Qualifications

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
0 to 1 year of Accounts Payable or Finance Operations experience.
Robust understanding of Accounting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools (Preferable).
