Key Responsibilities
Lead QA activities across the complete game development and release lifecycle.
Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and QA processes for gaming products.
Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
Drive manual testing for web, mobile, and gaming applications.
Test Poker, Slot, and other real-money gaming products across different scenarios and game flows.
Validate game mechanics, gameplay logic, UI/UX, payments, bonuses, wallets, and other critical functionalities.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to closure.
Work closely with Developers, Game Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
Ensure adequate test coverage and quality standards before production releases.
Mentor and guide QA engineers and review their testing approach and deliverables.
Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and production issue analysis.
Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and overall product quality.
Required Skills & Experience




7–10 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.
Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
Proven experience in Game Testing, preferably in real-money gaming.
Strong understanding of Poker and/or Slot Games.
Good knowledge of game flows, game mechanics, betting, wallets, bonuses, and other gaming functionalities.
Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, test planning, and test case design.
Experience working with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience leading or mentoring a QA team.
Good to Have
Exposure to Poker, Slot, Casino, or Sports Gaming products.
Understanding of multiplayer and real-time gaming systems.
Basic knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman.
