Xometry is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Staff Data Scientist to lead
data science across key product and business problems, using analytics,
experimentation, statistical methods, and machine learning to drive better




decisions and measurable outcomes. As a founding Data Scientist for Xometry’s
India PDT team, you will also help establish strong data practices, build
cross-region trust and collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and
execution as the organization scales.

AI Driven Analytics

* Drive AI-Enabled Software Development: Champion the adoption of AI across the
SDLC, identifying and scaling cutting-edge ways to accelerate data analytics
across Xometry

Analytics & Business Insights

* Define metrics to measure product and business performance.
* Analyze data to identify opportunities, issues, and key business drivers.
* Turn insights into actionable recommendations and estimate business impact.
* Build dashboards and visualizations to track performance and trends.

Experimentation & Statistical Inference

* Design experiments to measure the impact of product and business changes.
