We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer to support our training and capability development initiatives and contribute to the effective implementation of our programmes.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the effective delivery and end-to-end management of assigned training programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Facilitate and deliver assigned training modules as per the defined curriculum, content, and training methodology.
Conduct engaging, interactive, and participative training sessions for learners and participants.
Ensure training content, activities,



and assessments are delivered as per prescribed standards and timelines.
Assess participant understanding and provide appropriate feedback, clarification, and learning support.
Support continuous improvement in training delivery and participant engagement.
Training Coordination & Management
Manage the end-to-end execution of training sessions, including preparation, coordination, attendance, and session documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programmes.
Identify operational issues during training sessions and take timely corrective action in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
Track training schedules, completion, participant performance, feedback, and other relevant training metrics.
MIS, Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, participant details, and programme completion.
Prepare and maintain regular MIS, training reports, dashboards,
