Role Description The Commission-Only Outreacher is a part time, remote role focused on identifying, contacting, and nurturing relationships with potential creator and talent team clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching prospects, conducting outreach via email, social media, and calls, and clearly presenting VORRIK7’s production services and value proposition.



The role involves answering questions, providing basic guidance on services offered, and coordinating introductory calls or meetings for the internal team. The Outreacher will track leads and outcomes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with sales and production staff to ensure a seamless handoff of interested prospects. Compensation for this role is commission-only, tied directly to successful client conversions.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and professional Communication skills, including clear written and verbal outreach.
Customer Service experience to handle inquiries, build trust, and support potential clients through the decision process.
Sales and Training skills to explain services, overcome objections, and educate creators on VORRIK7’s production solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools to track leads, commissions, and outreach performance.
