General description of role:
The Global Offer Management Team Lead / Manager is responsible for leading the colleagues who support the global offer management process while also serving as a hands-on contributor within the function. This working manager oversees day-to-day workload, quality, service delivery, issue resolution, and process consistency from offer acceptance through the employee’s start date.
