​Role Summary: As a B2B Sales Engineer in solar component distribution, you will bridge technical product knowledge with commercial sales. You will drive sales of solar PV modules, inverters, and BOS components by engaging EPC contractors, solar installers, system integrators, and sub-distributors across Karnataka.

​Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of solar modules and string/central inverters.
Identify and develop business with EPC contractors, rooftop installers, commercial clients, and trade partners.




Provide techno-commercial support by recommending suitable inverter capacities, voltage specifications, and module solutions.
Prepare technical datasheets, BOQs, and commercial quotations.
Onboard, train, and manage relationships with dealers and installers across Bengaluru.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and customer meetings.
Coordinate order closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of PV technology, string/central inverters, net metering, and solar system sizing.
Solid B2B sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
Compensation
₹3–5 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
