Role Overview

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating

contact, and nurturing leads to support the sales pipeline. This role focuses on researching

prospects, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential customers through online

platforms, databases, and networking.

Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure quality

leads.

Outbound Communication: Initiate contact via calls, emails, and social media to

generate interest.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation

efforts.

Reporting: Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.





Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of leads generated per week/month.

Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.

Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.

Response time to inquiries.
